Job Profile

Manage the assigned sales area or service product to maximize sales revenues & coverage to meet targets both in volume and revenue. Develop prospective clients, make cold calls, and service existing clients with extensive field sales. Respond to inquiries by clients and prepare quotations and send to clients. Follow -up on quotations and close business. If lost, revert with reasons. On receiving confirmed business hand over to customer service. Coordinate through Customer service with operations for container placing/container releases etc. Monitor timely Delivery of invoices to clients if any disputes, update credit control. Collect dues and outstanding amounts from clients in allotted credit limit. Timely submission of reports set by the management as per the deadline. Provide MIS information on Market & Competitor activity to Management. Ensure Credit customers are wetted out through the with Credit approval process.


2 to 3 years minimum experience in sales in Dubai market


Excellent Oral and written Communication in English
Two wheeler driving Licence will be added advantage
Knowledge of EDP software and MS Office Suite
Knowledge of freight forwarding industry and terminologies
Responds promptly to customer needs and Solicits -customer feedback to improve service
Good Team Player

Job Profile
Will undergo a six months training and on successful completion, will be on probation for a 6 month period. On being confirmed, posting will be at any of the company’s locations in India and in Dubai. The successful sales candidates will have to work in field sales in the assigned sales area to maximize sales revenues & coverage to meet targets

Education & Experience Fresh Graduates in any discipline with excellent communications skills, good command over the English language and knowledge of MS Office, Email & Internet.
